OptioPay is a payment processor with a difference. Our software increases the value of any payment received by consumers from companies, by combining bank transfers with higher value gift cards. By integrating payments to employees or customers with effective marketing we aim to create a completely new, performance based, advertising channel.

Your Role
  • To take responsibility for the onboarding process of our local and international partners, building strong relationships for potential upselling. Your role will include all areas of the onboarding process up to implementation, technical integration and live launch of accounts.
  • To manage and track an onboarding and up-selling pipeline using the HubSpot CRM at all times. While doing so you will maintain an excellent level of accuracy - offering transparency of all deals, contacts and companies at all times.
  • To maintain and build key existing relationships with partners in the advertiser and issuer space. You will act proactively to resolve business issues; serving as both an internal advocate and external resource.
  • To work closely with both internal and external stakeholders; including the product, development, strategic and operational teams.
 
Requirements
  • You have at least 2 years experience, and a proven track record, in key account or client relationship management.
  • You are a relationship manager with demonstrably excellent project management skills and the ability to lead and manage time-sensitive, cross-functional initiatives.
  • You have excellent interpersonal abilities and the skills to forge strong relationships not just with external clients and partners but also the OptioPay team.
  • You have an intuitive understanding of technology, product management and data driven analysis and with the ability to deliver insight and results.
  • You have a commercial understanding and an analytical mindset; able to focus profit maximisation
  • You lead by example in deed and attitude, showing empathy, integrity, enthusiasm and commitment. You aim to foster collaboration and result orientated attitudes throughout organizations.
  • You possess native or bilingual command of the German language and have good English skills; both written and verbal.
