Are you ready to help build the largest e-commerce retailer for furniture and household goods in the world?

We are now looking for talents to help us conquer the European market from our European headquarters in the heart of Berlin Kreuzberg.
An integral part of our strategy, Daily Sales present our customers with an ever-changing selection of products from the Wayfair assortment, providing each customer a reason to return to Wayfair every day. Our Daily Sales program aims to inspire, guide and provide great value to our customer to drive engagement and customer lifetime value.
As owner of the EU Daily Sales strategy, you will be responsible to drive growth of the EU Daily Sales business. You will leverage your deep strategic insight, analytical skills and e-commerce experience and use data-driven decision-making to further shape our Daily Sales strategy. You will use your outstanding project management skills to develop and execute innovative strategies that achieve commercial success. There are virtually no limits to how you implement your growth ideas – we love an entrepreneurial spirit!

Your responsibilities: 
·         You will leverage your deep expertise of e-commerce marketing and use data-driven decision-making to further shape the strategy
·         You will lead large-scale cross-functional projects to ensure the successful roll-out of key initiatives to develop the business
·         You will collaborate with Europe- and US-based colleagues from Curation, Onsite, Creative, Marketing and Category Management teams to refine and jointly implement your ideas
·         You will manage and grow a Junior Daily Sales Strategist to assist you with strategic business development projects and manage the Daily Sales calendar
 
Your skills and experience 
·         You are a visionary and innovator, who is not afraid to challenge the status quo
·         You have a can-do attitude and impressive problem solving skills
·         You make things happen while always keeping an eye on the details
·         You have excellent analytical skills and strive in a data-driven business environment
·         You are a good networker with strong interpersonal skills and passion for working across teams
·         You have an appetite for fast-paced, international environment
·         You are passionate about e-commerce and have a genuine interest for design, home, lifestyle
·         You always adopt the customer’s perspective
·         You have a successful track record of driving cross-functional innovation projects
·         you have an excellent academic track record incl. a Master’s degree from a top ranked university
·         You have 5+ years of professional experience, ideally including strategy consulting experience
·         You have first people leadership experience
·         You are fluent in English and German
