Job Description

Become part of our Dutch reBuy team! Together we will serve and further develop the Dutch market. Since last May we are live with our webshop in the Netherlands. As you can see, it is still pretty new and there will be a lot of room for your suggestions. We are still a smaller team consisting of three people and we are working very closely together - each of us in focusing on his or her specific professional area. Your focus will be the customer experience and service. But due to the team setting you will obviously learn a lot about reCommerce as a business in general.

  • You will be responsible for optimizing the customers experience by establishing efficient and customer friendly processes within our customer service for the Netherlands
  • You will be the link between our Dutch customers and the business by sharing customer insights and own ideas within our Dutch Team
  • You will be the contact for our Dutch customers for questions regarding payment and order processing as well as cancellations and returns
  • You will handle diverse customer inquiries and support our customers via e-mail and phone (inbound only)
  • You will drive communication via social media channels and additional sales platforms
  • You will actively shape administration and maintenance of the customer database

 

Qualifications

  • Dutch as mother tongue and English or German is an advantage
  • Very good linguistic expressiveness, verbal as well as in writing
  • Excellent customer and service orientation
  • Open mind-set and friendly personality
  • Solution focused working style, reliability and resilience
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and general computer skills
