US Senior Sales Manager (m/f)

ProGlove is an industrial wearable Start Up, founded 2014 in Munich by former IDEO and BMW employees. 

As a winner of the intel make it wearable competition, backed by powerful investors, we work on the future of production and logistics. 

Our customers are fortune 500 and hidden champions in automotive, aerospace, trade and logistics. We are currently expanding our successful European business to the US.

MINDSET
You are  an entrepreneur, with a hunger to do everything that is necessary to grow a successful US company from scratch. As the first employee, you need a track record of operational execution in leadership and sales. You have exceptionally strong communication skills that enable a long term success and cultural fit between the US and German office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

» You will be leading the ProGlove expansion among enterprise customers and channel partners in the North American market
» Being the main point of contact for North American customers, you are responsilbe for the initial contact, sale, integration, support, and recurring consumable/software revenues
» You are responsible for the growth  and leadership of a team that is required to become an autonomous US entity
» Relocation to the ProGlove site within North America and extensive travel across North America excites you

BASIC QUALIFICATION

» You have a strong technical affinity, ability  to grasp and explain ProGloves technology to customers
» Previously you’ve gained 3+ years experience with exceptionally strong execution in leading teams and setting up businesses or companies
» You have a 3+ years experience in B2B enterprise sales, ideally in the areas of industrial devices and Industry 4.0
» You are a English native speaker level English spoken and written
» US talents and customers lie within your personal network
