In 2016 we merged with the Dutch company ‘The Cloakroom’ and now service 300.000 customers in seven different countries throughout Europe. Senior Mobile UA & Growth Manager (m/f)
 
Are you excited about eCommerce and you would like to be part of a successful and fast-moving fashion company?  We are looking for a skilled, talented and motivated Senior Mobile UA & Growth Manager, who is capable and willing to to take over full budget and revenue responsibility for our Mobile User Acquisition & Mobile Growth activities. You manage, operate and grow our mobile UA channels and determine the Mobile Growth strategy in sync with other marketing channels as well internal departments.


What you can expect:
  • Lead and operate the development of the mobile user acquisition marketing strategy to ensure achievement of commercial goals (key KPIs: CLV, ROI, net sales, CPO/CPA)
  • Explore new Mobile Marketing channels and opportunities while evaluating opportunities and providing strategic business recommendations
  • You work closely with our in-house Facebook and Google Ads Team
  • You continuously evaluate vendors and potential partner networks to support our Mobile Marketing strategy. You conduct RFPs, select, negotiate, and actively manage relationships as well setup and operate our 3rd party Video & Display networks.
  • Direct budget and revenue responsibility for mobile acquisition channels outside of Facebook & Google
  • Align Mobile Marketing activities with other cross-functional teams in product, business intelligence, IT and brand marketing
  • Conceptualize and develop strategic topics and coordinate respective projects
  • Support and improve the Mobile Marketing analytics, attribution and ad-tech stack
  • You build up and manage our relations with Apple, Google and other marketplaces
 
What you bring in:
  • Experienced in handling attribution platforms as well advertising networks and agencies as traffic suppliers
  • Solid understanding of marketing analytics and mobile ad-tech
  • In-depth knowledge around Facebook Paid User Acquisition is a plus
  • Great analytical and conceptual skills, data-driven mindset. Profound knowledge of Excel is required
  • Proven ability to develop, drive, and execute successful digital strategies
  • You are self-motivated, proactive, dedicated and organized. You like challenging environments and have perseverance in the face of obstacles.
  • You are a team player and a strong communicator, with developed negotiation skills in an international environment.
  • Fluent in English
