Purpose of position
As part of the Awin Group HR Team, you will be responsible for providing HR Business Partner support to designated global teams and our teams in the US and Australia.      You will, in addition, help define and coordinate the successful rollout of global HR projects and initiatives. Your role reports into the Group HR Business Partner Team Leader and is based in London.

Key Tasks
  • Ensure outstanding customer focus by delivering strategic, best in class HR support to internal customer groups
  • Understand key business goals and business priorities, able to apply to core areas of HR responsibilities in order to prioritize work and set goals
  • Ensure alignment of HR related programmes, processes and projects with strategic business objectives on a global scale
  • Build a strong business relationship with the different stakeholders within the departments and territories, facilitating the respective management team to bring best solutions for employees and company
  • Responsible for the recruitment, retention, development and performance and salary/incentive management within the respective departments and countries
  • Evaluation of all the respective processes including the definition of KPIs and measurement tools linked with an ongoing optimisation
  • Act as a performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management
Skills & Expertise
  • University degree or similar education
  • 5+ years’ experience in operational and strategic HR positions within an international environment
  • Ideally, first experience or involvement in managing global projects and initiatives
  • Ideally, first experience in US labor law and HR administration
  • Ability to create clarity
  • Strong computer literacy, Microsoft Office programmes especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English (knowledge of additional European languages preferred)
  • Ability to influence and drive change 
  • Assertiveness
  • Self-reliant and collaborative way of working
  • Flexible and learning mindset with the ambition to proactively contribute to the department´s success
  • Ideally, first experience in online or affiliate marketing
  • Willingness to travel
