About OptioPay

OptioPay is a Fintech company based in Berlin, building the world's first payment solution software that increases the value of any kind of payments recipients receive from companies. Payment recipients are able to combine bank transfers and higher-valued gift cards to increase the actual value of the payment they receive. We are seeking a passionate and highly experienced Senior Advertiser Sales Manager to help us boost and manage our sales.

Your Role

  • You will be responsible for Advertiser Sales and identify opportunities in fashion, retail, e-commerce, grocery and DYO, and more.

  • You will forge and develop relationships to enable rapid growth of OptioPay.

  • You will manage and track a sales pipeline using the HubSpot CRM at all times.

  • You will maintain a good level of accuracy using HubSpot CRM, offering transparency of all deals, contacts and companies at all times.

  • You will lead all aspects of deal execution, including prioritization of partners, transaction structuring and negotiation.

  • You will close deal commercials with advertiser partners and prepare documents ready to be signed by C-Level.

  • You will identify and track customer needs in the market for development of future product features

  • You will attend trade shows generating valuable advertiser leads for OptioPay.

  • You will report on key metrics of advertiser partners on a regular basis and create reporting tool to do so.

  • In the future you will build up and lead your Advertiser Sales Team




  • 3+ years previous work experience in sales or direct interaction with target customers, preferably in the retail and digital industry.

  • Strong proven knowledge of the affiliate and performance marketing space and related networks such as zanox or affiliate.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a good sense for business opportunities

  • Previous experience in working with CRM software, Hubspot a big plus

  • Previous experience in building and leading teams is a big plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German. English is a big plus

  • Strong MS office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel.
